Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous supply of materials, products, and inputs necessary for operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and feasibility studies for supply operations, including imported and domestic products;
  • Evaluate demand forecasts and develop strategies to meet supply needs, taking into account lead times, inventory policies, and production capacity;
  • Collaborate with demand planning, purchasing, logistics, and production areas to ensure the smooth flow of materials;
  • Utilize analysis tools like advanced Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and optimize supply chain processes;
  • Analyze sales forecasts, consumption history, and production strategies to inform material planning decisions;
  • Monitor and adjust supply plans according to variations in demand and supplier availability;
  • Oversee inventory levels and propose actions to optimize inventory, minimize waste, and reduce costs;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure operational needs alignment;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually improve supply chain processes;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in industrial environments or with a strong presence in imports;
  • Strong understanding of import processes, materials planning, and logistics operations;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP;
  • Knowledge of planning methodologies (MRP, S&OP, Kanban) and analytical techniques (Excel, Power BI);
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills;
