Our organization is seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, services, and resources, while maintaining optimal efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed operational plans, outlining timelines and resource allocation for logistical activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sequence of plots, position of piles, and infrastructure for transporting materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce road network percentage and enhance transport logistics, driving cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with the team to assess scheduled versus actual operational activities and financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain alignment of logistical activities with fleet operations, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving demands.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and certification requirements throughout the operation.
  • Interface with contracted companies to report on planning and execution schedules, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Promote process improvements, highlighting synergies, cost reduction opportunities, and operational gains.
  • Adhere to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policies established by the organization.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field, such as supply chain management or logistics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or exposure to logistics operations, desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to the job location, if required.
