Cloud Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Cloud Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for improving the reliability, efficiency, and observability of our cloud platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps environments. They should possess a solid track record as a Technical Product Manager in platform teams and have deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will also have strong ability to connect technical KPIs with business outcomes and drive decision-making through data. Experience with FinOps, observability tools, and anomaly detection techniques is a plus.

As a Cloud Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with engineering teams to identify and track key KPIs related to cloud efficiency, reliability, and operational health. You will also lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain alignment with internal stakeholders on strategy and priorities.

About You:
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer;
  • Solid track record as a Technical Product Manager in platform teams, with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps environments;
  • Strong ability to connect technical KPIs with business outcomes and drive decision-making through data;
  • Experience with FinOps, observability tools (such as Datadog, Grafana), and anomaly detection techniques is a strong plus;
  • Fluent English – frequent interaction with international stakeholders is required.
