Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of luxury interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. This challenging role requires managing budgets, procurement strategies, and subcontractor negotiations to ensure successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage commercial and contractual elements of high-end fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement plans.
- Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and project claims management.
- Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 8+ years' experience in quantity surveying, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
