Job Summary

Decision Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Supply Chain team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that they align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with architects to identify and prioritize enabler work, such as system architectural needs and design work.
  • Balance the delivery of new functionality, removal of technical debt, and enabler work to ensure that our products meet customer needs.
  • Validate that product releases deliver value for customers and have conversations with users about how well the product is working.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and Scrum Master on execution plans and priorities.
  • Continuously learn about user needs and business objectives to act as the voice of the customer for the delivery team.
  • Partner with the program team to develop the product roadmap and release plans, and align team-level constraints with program-level expectations.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and program teams to identify and manage dependencies.
  • Protect the team from break-ins and interruptions not in scope for the sprint.
  • Assume the role and responsibilities of the Product Manager if there is no Product Manager.
  • Provide business process advisors with constant updates on what has been worked, what is being worked, and what is upcoming, so they can prepare relevant business communications and testing.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Product Owner role, preferably in a Supply Chain workstream.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage meetings and conference bridges.

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Brazil
