The role of a Business Analyst is to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytical skills and financial knowledge to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support management in monitoring key metrics.
- Assess trends, variances, and performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Design predictive models and data visualizations to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and solid financial background.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Experience working with financial systems (Omie, Xero, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio).
