We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology and business solutions to diverse clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Designing and implementing business processes that meet client needs.
  • Providing technical support and training to clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience working with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving requirement assessment workshops with customer organisation members.
  • Designing a solution that best fits customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Working with offshore technical teams to build the solution and clarify queries.
  • Training core users of the customer.
  • Managing customer user acceptance tests.
  • Aligning with project milestones and ensuring timely billing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Kronos and UKG Workforce Management experience is mandatory.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to diverse customer base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to manage tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
