About this Role:

  • Lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, responsible for the company's expansion and growth by servicing hiring needs in Brazil and international markets.

This is a management position that requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire people around them.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
  4. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Define recruitment KPIs, track metrics, and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  6. Recruitment Life Cycle: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  7. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion. Spanish or another language is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire people around you as well as stand out within a talented team of TA professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
