We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Operations, People, Experience, and Technology (PXT) team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in influencing change and promoting an inclusive environment for all employees.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with frontline business leaders and provide expert guidance on HR strategies focused on employee engagement, internal customer service, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
Main Responsibilities- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement effective HR strategies that drive business results.
- Employee Support: Provide first-line support to employee, HR, and leadership teams, utilizing HR expertise and empathy to resolve complex issues.
- Talent Management: Create comprehensive experiences that foster employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Problem-Solving: Exercise good judgment equitably, manage ambiguity, and serve as the first point of escalation for employee concerns.
