Pedagogical Coordinator Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pedagogical Coordinator to join our team at Red House International School. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the education and development of our students.



  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of curricular guidelines and ensure the smooth running of academic activities.
  • Supervise teachers and provide guidance on pedagogical practices and student support.
  • Monitor student performance and progress, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure the school's policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with teachers, students, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Monitor and report on student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the Head of School.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
