Job Title: Technical Support Expert

This is a critical role within our organization where you will provide expert technical support for interfaces and integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs).

  • To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You will work closely with ERPs to implement new electronic invoice layouts associated with Brazil Tax Reform. This will require a high degree of technical expertise, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to configure applications, including systemic updates and adjustments, as well as developing respective integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of ERP systems, as well as experience in implementing electronic invoice layouts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and electronic invoicing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
