Senior English Language Specialist

We are a rapidly growing, fully online English language school that focuses on personalized instruction.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for our team of teachers and manage their onboarding, training, and evaluations.
- Design and lead professional development sessions and workshops to improve teaching quality and methods.
- Establish and maintain high standards of pedagogical guidelines and administer Needs Analysis for new students.
- Oversee the review and development of teaching materials and continuously improve the academic quality and learning experience.
- Act as a strategic voice in planning and implementing improvements across the teaching team and foster a positive culture with both students and teachers.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (e.g., CELTA) or a degree in Languages or Education.
- Prior experience as an English teacher and full-time availability for remote work.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as Google Workspace, and other EdTech tools.
- Advanced certifications in English language teaching or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience in academic coordination or management roles and expertise in material design, curriculum planning, or teacher mentorship.
- Familiarity with reputable language schools and experience in working with international teams.
