English Language Education Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced academic leader to support the growth of our educational model.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our academic vision, collaborating with teachers, and driving excellent learning outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between the academic team and management.
- Conduct thorough hiring processes, teacher evaluations, and onboarding sessions.
- Design and lead professional development workshops and training programs.
- Establish and maintain academic guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee needs analysis and placement testing for new students.
- Manage the review and development of teaching materials.
- Continuously improve academic quality and enhance the learning experience.
- Provide strategic input on improvements across the teaching team.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an English language teacher.
- Availability for full-time remote work.
- Comfort with digital tools and online instruction.
- Additional certifications such as DELTA.
- Previous experience in academic coordination or leadership roles.
- Experience in curriculum planning, material design, or teacher mentorship.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms like Google Workspace.
- Background in reputable language schools.
