You will design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate with front-end applications and third-party systems. Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance, reliability, and integrity. Collaborate with full-stack and front-end developers to deliver complete solutions. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve scalability challenges. Stay up to date on backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in back-end development. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, .NET (C#), Python, Node.js, Ruby, PHP. Experience with relevant frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, Rails, ASP.NET, etc. Solid database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc. Strong understanding of API design and development. Experience with Git or similar version control tools. Good understanding of development best practices, testing, and security principles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus points if you have experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging tools. Knowledge of Redis, Memcached, or other caching strategies. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies. Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security measures.
