Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient backend services, working with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance and integrity, and troubleshooting performance issues to resolve scalability challenges.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Ruby, PHP)
  • Experience with relevant frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, Rails, ASP.NET)
  • Solid database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
  • Strong understanding of API design and development
  • Experience with version control tools (Git)
  • Good understanding of development best practices, testing, and security principles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with messaging tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security measures
