Backend Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Backend Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Define architecture and implement microservices-based solutions.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure good development and performance practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, promoting scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions and strategic decision-making.
  • Fix bugs, optimize code, and perform database tuning.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL programming languages.
  • Experience with microservices-based architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs.
