• Essential Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
• Desirable Qualifications: Experience with administrative tasks, Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
