This role requires a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in eCommerce initiatives. The successful candidate will lead strategic, cross-functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
About the Job- Drive stakeholder alignment across marketing, merchandising, IT, analytics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and ensuring resource optimization.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and change management processes.
- Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives, ideally in a global organization.
- Oversee integration, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance in vendor and third-party relationships.
- Report on project health and outcomes to executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree required in a related area.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are strongly preferred.
- 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on eCommerce.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
