About the Role

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proven track record of managing fixed-price, short-term projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all project phases, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget;
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction;
  • Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts and help close new business opportunities;
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
  • Implement best practices in project management (Agile/Disciplined Agile), improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;
  • Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level;
