The role of a Program Leader will be to drive the implementation of digital solutions, aligning project roadmaps with business strategies and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive cluster transition initiatives.
- Implement Project Management Governance and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Communicate proactively with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional areas.
- Apply Agile methodology best practices on Software projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Technology field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating and supporting business projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required.
- Experience with New Product Launch and Gated Launch Process preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.
- LEED Green Associate certification preferred.
- Agile projects certification and experience.
