Senior Technology Leader

We are looking for a skilled and experienced technology leader to join our team. As a senior technology leader, you will be responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders to define priorities and craft the portfolio of teams.

About the Role
  • Deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with MMT LATAM Technology Leaders and Product Manager Groups to define priorities and craft the portfolio of teams
  • Work with development centers and external providers to source agile teams for the best portfolio performance
  • Directly collaborate with customers to enable and support strategic programs
  • Accountable for the lifecycle support of technical solutions in production
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or master's degree in Technology Sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Strong Business Partnership experience
  • Ability to tackle sophisticated business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively
  • Good planning, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Precise handling of IT portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines
