Job Title: Mobile App Development LeadWe are seeking an experienced leader to guide the development of high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
About This RoleThis is a mid-senior level, full-time position responsible for defining the technical direction and strategy for mobile app development projects. As a lead, you will oversee the entire development lifecycle of applications, from conception to deployment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and adoption of best software development practices.
Responsibilities- Define the technical direction and strategy for mobile app development projects
- Lead and manage a team of developers in crafting high-performance mobile applications
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle of mobile applications, from conception to deployment
- Ensure the adoption of best software development practices
- Stay at the forefront of mobile app development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
- 7+ years of experience with React Native
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge
- Strong experience in application security best practices
- Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Expert understanding of client's requirements
- Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management
