Mobile App Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Development Director to lead our team of developers in crafting high-performance mobile applications.

  • Create and implement technical strategies for mobile app development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle of mobile applications, from conception to deployment.
  • Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on React Native and related technologies.
  • Stay at the forefront of mobile app development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with React Native.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 7+ years of experience with React Native.
