We are seeking a meticulous Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of all transactions – incoming and outgoing.
">About the Job">- Execute daily reconciliations of all transactions.
- Analyze transaction data and identify discrepancies.
- Resolve identified discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and handle disputed transactions, compromised accounts, and recovery of funds.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Verify bank statements and monitor suspicious activity.
- Evaluate bank transfers for compliance with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed.
- Manage documentation related to transactions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker is preferred.
- Graduation in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with auditing procedures and financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
