About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing all incoming invoices and undertaking payments to creditors in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies
  • Perform routine financial transactions including classifying, verifying, posting, computing and recording all accounts receivable data
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of payments
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits
  • Facilitate pending invoices by contacting clients and sending reminders
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
  • Generate financial reports and statements detailing the status of accounts receivable
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Expertise in calculating, posting, and managing financial records and accounting figures
  • Quick data entry skills
  • Hands-on experience with proprietary software and spreadsheets
  • Excellent customer service orientation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
