Job Title

The role of a Financial Transaction Coordinator involves the processing and management of financial transactions for vendors, properties, and customers. This includes payments to affiliates, outsourced service providers, and payment service providers.

Financial transaction coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all payment processes are completed accurately and promptly, adhering to proper recording of invoices for VAT purposes, handling activities related to invoice analysis, processing, and month-end closing.

This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in order to reconcile transactions accurately and assist with month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payouts to vendors, affiliates, outsourced service providers, properties, and customers.
  • Post invoices, manage banking operations, and follow up with P2P processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Reconcile transactions accurately and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and SOX framework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in AP, AR, Credit Control, Purchase, Operations Management, Accounting, Treasury, or Administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with integrated systems (SAP, Ivalua, or others).
