Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

This position plays a vital role in supporting institutional equities business desks, handling cash equities and derivatives transactions for clients throughout the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business desks in trading activities, including cash equities and derivatives transactions, during the lifecycle of a trade: pre-trade, trade execution, and post-trade confirmation.
  • Engage with local and foreign clients (institutional investors) on pre-trade and post-trade demands, trade allocations, and trade confirmations.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for reconciliation purposes with Back Office, Global Equities Teams, Custodians, Clients, Funds Administrators, and Brokers.
  • Intermediate offshore trades between institutional clients and global equities teams.
  • Support IPOs, Tender Offers, and Corporate Action processes.
  • Manage stock inventory and cash flows, performing reconciliations for proprietary positions. Monitor trades throughout the settlement cycle – stocks, options, futures, and FX.
