Financial Accounting Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial data, ensuring the accuracy of supplier information and contracts. They will support the daily approval of payment documents and supplier input invoices, strictly controlling the financial process to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Data Verification: In the supplier introduction process, review financial data to ensure accuracy of supplier information and contracts.
  2. Daily Approval Management: Support the daily approval of payment documents and supplier input invoices, strictly control the financial process, and ensure that every transaction complies with company policies and local laws and regulations.
  3. Financial Regulations Optimization: Formulate and optimize financial management regulations applicable to Brazil to improve financial management efficiency, taking into account JD's internal management requirements, system usage methods, and local business processes.
Requirements:
  1. Professional Knowledge: Possess solid financial professional knowledge, familiar with local Brazilian financial laws and regulations and business practices for procurement, and able to accurately interpret and apply relevant policies.
  2. Education Background and Experience: Possess a financial-related academic background and more than three years of relevant work experience, especially in e-commerce companies, and able to quickly adapt to and be competent for the job.
  3. Language Skills: Good oral and reading skills in Chinese and English are required as a must, Portuguese is a plus.
  4. Comprehensive Quality: Have strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork ability, able to actively respond to challenges in work, and provide strong financial support for the smooth development of Brazilian business.
