Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support our global customer base in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and deploying Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions that drive business value.

About the Role

This role is part of the Global Customer Success organization, which enables customers to achieve their business outcomes faster with technology that delivers more. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will work directly with large enterprise customers to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions in Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop relationships with customer and partner architects and technical specialists to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Guide other team members to focus on delivering efficient and effective cloud solutions that meet customer expectations.
Business Impact
  • Identify and mitigate technical blockers to accelerate customer adoption and solution implementation.
  • Drive customer relationships to anticipate and resolve technical issues and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS architecture and deployment.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers to design and deploy cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
