We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the local Operations Team, including managing travel, personnel logistics, and crew change planning.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees and business representatives at all levels. The Operations Support Analyst is also expected to have excellent organization skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently (as well as a member of a team).
Key Activities
- Manage all data inputs into personnel, training, and competency registers.
- Coordinate new hire inductions and act as a support function for both QHSE and HR orientation and inductions.
- Provide administrative support to local Operations Team related to crew coordination.
