Amazon Logistica do Brasil is seeking a skilled Routing Specialist to drive performance in our Last Mile delivery operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building mechanisms to improve processes across multiple delivery stations and other last mile nodes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise routing execution and productivity in all stations/nodes in BR.
- Deep dive intra-day and intra-week trends and create action plans to address operational issues in coordination with Delivery Stations, Partner teams, and OTR ACES.
Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) is a team of highly qualified individuals whose main goal is to ensure quality control and continuous improvement. We do this by keeping a close eye on metrics, making sure that we are constantly raising the bar on performance and efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Advanced English
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
