Overview: Amazon Logistica do Brasil is seeking a detail-oriented Routing Specialist dedicated to enhancing our Last Mile delivery operations.

In this role, the individual will develop strategies to optimize processes across various delivery stations and other last mile locations.

The Routing Specialist will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness through data-informed decision-making and analytical problem-solving.

This position entails accountability for cost management, customer satisfaction, and delivery partner experience, focusing on both daily operations and long-term improvements.

The specialist will oversee all routing systems, ensuring their ongoing enhancement to support the company's expansion goals and improve all last mile performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee routing execution and productivity across all stations and nodes in Brazil.
  • Analyze intraday and intraweek trends to formulate action plans addressing operational challenges in collaboration with Delivery Stations, Partner teams, and OTR ACES.

A Day in the Life:

Collaboration with various AMZL teams will be essential to provide support and expertise while identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.

  • Station Operations
  • Last Mile Team/Delivery Service Providers (DSP)
  • Learning and Development
  • Finance
  • Loss Prevention

About the Team: The Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) comprises a group of highly skilled professionals committed to ensuring quality control and continuous improvement.

Our mission involves closely monitoring performance metrics to consistently elevate standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

We also play a pivotal role in adopting new technologies and procedures while providing our colleagues with subject matter expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record in implementing process enhancement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience collaborating across functional teams, both technical and non-technical
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end delivery processes and communicating outcomes to senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Experience in process development, project management, and scheduling
