Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to manage our day-to-day mobility operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visa/work permit processing, compliance tracking, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of international assignments, including relocation services, risk mitigation, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of global immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement efficient workflows, digital resources, and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law required.
- 3-5 years of experience in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy) necessary.
- Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
