We are seeking a skilled Junior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of our game's content.

Your primary focus will be on working with editors and freelancers worldwide to ensure high-quality, consistency, and innovation in our content.

You will also help implement and improve content creation and review processes, utilizing AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game content.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze performance metrics for content and game mechanics
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on player behavior and data
  • Provide actionable insights to support product strategy and decision-making
Production Organization:
  • Support the organization of workflows within the content team
  • Help execute the roadmap and ensure deadlines are met
  • Act as a bridge between different teams, promoting clear and efficient communication
  • Assist in removing blockers and improving day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Experience in product or project management, preferably in game development
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for word games
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills:
  • Python and SQL for data analysis
  • Experience with HTTP requests and working with APIs
  • Database handling and data cleanup
  • Prompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI models
