Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Elevator Technician I to join our team. As an Elevator Technician I, you will be responsible for executing maintenance, repairs, and installations of elevators and escalators.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, repairs, and installations of elevators and escalators
- Attend to area of responsibility and participate in schedules and shifts as needed
- Diagnose technical defects and seek solutions
- Anticipate potential equipment problems to optimize usage and prevent failures
- Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of users and equipment
- Provide training and support to junior technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, or electronics
- Knowledge of safety procedures and certifications in NR10 and NR35
- Experience in maintenance and service of elevators and escalators
