About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Elevator Technician I to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, or electronics
- Experience in elevator maintenance and repair a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
