High-Quality Software Developer

We are seeking an individual who can play a crucial role in the full life cycle of software development, collaborating with analysts and developers to deliver high-quality solutions at an incredible pace.
Key Responsibilities:- Be involved in the entire software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with analysts and developers in the 'three amigos' pattern on Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and automated testing scripts as needed against our products and services
- Coordinate manual and automated regression testing
- Have in-depth knowledge of our business, services, and customer needs
- Play an active role in our cross-team QA guild
- Owning a QA framework within your team that instills confidence in deliverables among stakeholders and colleagues
- Minimum 2-4 years of quality assurance experience
- Expertise in executing QA within agile environments
- Experience in exploratory and manual testing
- Proven track record of constructing and verifying acceptance criteria
- Capital markets experience is beneficial but not essential
- Foundation level ISTQB certification or equivalent is advantageous
- Programming logic skills
- Black box techniques, knowledge of test levels, and bug management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Continuous pursuit of new skills in relevant technology and business
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
