High-Quality Software Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in building the quality foundation of our development squad, going beyond traditional QA by working extensively with test automation and process structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring of the QA area from the ground up within the development squad;
- Design, write, and maintain automated tests to ensure end-to-end product quality;
- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines;
- Validate features from both a technical and end-user experience perspective;
- Help define and implement scalable QA standards, practices, and tools;
- Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions related to software quality;
- Propose and carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to validate automation strategies and new technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software testing, especially automated testing;
- Familiarity with programming languages and software development best practices (preferably with a developer mindset);
- Experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.);
- Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of manual testing with a strong focus on user experience;
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way, taking the lead on QA initiatives.
Differentials:
- Experience (or hands-on studies) with AI applied to software testing;
- Experience leading or participating in POCs for test automation or AI-driven testing;
- Previous experience as the first QA on a team or involvement in early-stage QA team setups.
