Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Team Leader to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing updates and regular reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing teams efficiently

  3. Liaising with management and teams

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Naval Engineering, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. They must also be fluent in English, have strong leadership skills, and be willing to travel locally and internationally for service assignments.
