
Client Advocate

As a Client Advocate, you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of contract specifications and ad-hoc client requests to build client satisfaction.
You will assist team members in building, establishing, and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, and proactively support their needs as their day-to-day contact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that product deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality through review and verification.
- Maintaining effective internal communications with sales and other key account owners to keep all apprised of activities with the client.
- Delivering targeted reports as required.
- Monitoring performance against existing service agreements and ensuring client's obligations are met.
- Carrying out client research to ensure an in-depth understanding of the client, specific business line, and/or therapeutic market.
- Conducting product/services and process training for clients and other employees.
- Potentially conducting service meetings at client sites.
- Representing IQVIA on external client projects.
- Identifying and escalating potential risks or issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Providing feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help improve future product offerings.
Bachelor's Degree is required. Two (2) years of related work experience is also necessary. Meeting facilitation, presentation, and training experience is mandatory. You should possess demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills. You must demonstrate ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment. Ability to travel to clients and offices as required is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
