Job Title:Program Director

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in program management, from inception to delivery.
  • Program Management certification is considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of English and Portuguese languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Document management and ability to utilize program management tools.
  • Attention to detail even under pressure.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
