User Experience Pioneer

About the Role:

At ADP, we're building the next generation of technologies that help employees around the world do their jobs better. We're seeking a User Experience Pioneer to join our team and help shape industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution.

You'll partner with product and technology teams to coordinate, plan, and facilitate research studies. Additionally, you'll create personas and user journeys, test concept prototypes, and deliver research insights that bring simplicity and user delight to complex, enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Think big and identify opportunities for research and various methodologies throughout the development life cycle.
  • Collaborate and share with product teams across the ADP organization.
  • Advocate for the best experience for your user.
  • Stay abreast of changing UX methods and technologies, as well as corporate, organization, and industry standards to ensure leading-edge research methods across all devices.
  • Lead teams in solving complex design challenges through thoughtful leadership using personas, user journeys, research insights, recommendations, and data.

Requirements:

  • Passion for research and testing, along with eagerness to collaborate with other creative contributors in Agile project teams.
  • Ability to productively work with project stakeholders and teams that are both local and geographically distributed, representing a variety of cultures.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently present to various audience types and seniority levels, and an ability to provide bottom-line insights that help teams realize tangible value and productively execute on research/testing findings.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills to be self-sufficient in generating, analyzing and presenting results from quantitative & qualitative research, and an ability to translate complex analyses into straightforward recommendations.
  • Commitment to best practices, user advocacy, and thought leadership that drive positive outcomes focused on high levels of quality and innovation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a nice-to-have.
