About the Role:


ADP is seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our UX design team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our customers.



Responsibilities:



  • Developing and articulating a clear UX vision that aligns with the overall business goals
  • Working closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Designing interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use
  • Effectively presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  • Fostering strong relationships with team members from the UX, Product, and Development teams
  • Making data-driven changes to improve product usability and user satisfaction through research and user behavioral tools


Requirements:



  • Applying technologies, and adopting innovative thinking that disrupts the space (small or large)
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
