As a Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex credit-related initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Mergers & Acquisitions:
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and credit analysis on target companies;
  • Identify and quantify key credit risks and opportunities and participate in the structuring of credit solutions in M&A transactions;
  • Develop and present credit risk assessments and recommendations to senior management;
  • Support the integration of acquired companies into existing credit processes.
Joint Venture Partnerships:
  • Provide guidance for credit analysis and risk management practices for joint venture partnerships;
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for joint ventures;
  • Monitor the credit performance of joint venture partners;
  • Provide guidance and training to joint venture partners on credit-related matters.
Financial Statement Analysis Application:
  • Manage the credit application process associated with the company's financial statement analysis application;
  • Ensure the application effectively captures and analyzes relevant credit data;
  • Monitor the application's performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders on application development and maintenance.
Special Projects:
  • Contribute credit expertise to various special projects as they arise;
  • Provide credit risk assessments and recommendations for strategic initiatives;
  • Support the development and implementation of new credit products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred;
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in credit management, including experience with M&A, joint ventures, and credit application processes;
  • Thorough understanding of the agricultural business and associated credit risks in Brazil;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams;
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
