Job Summary:

This is a dynamic role that oversees the marketing strategy and execution for product portfolios. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • New Product Introductions:
    • Support product portfolio development by defining roadmaps aligned with market needs, utilizing data-driven information to inform strategic decisions.
    • Closely monitor product launches, ensuring timely completion and coordination among stakeholders.
    • Deliver engaging product training and presentations.
    • Provide technical support to sales teams and other departments.
    • Collaborate with the Product Portfolio and Pricing team on pricing strategies and updates.
    • Assist sales teams in responding to RFPs/Tenders.
    • Manage special product requests from start to finish.
    • Organize and coordinate hospitality events in Brazil and LATAM.
  • Main Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in project management.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, portfolio, planning, and others.
    • Flexibility to travel and support events in Brazil and LATAM.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
