Job Description:

At Johnson & Johnson, we believe that a strong cybersecurity culture is vital to the success of our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Communications Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our internal communications strategy, ensuring that all employees are aware of and understand the importance of cybersecurity best practices. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and be able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messages. Additionally, they will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to internal communications surrounding cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and support the adoption of security measures.
  • Support prioritized change management initiatives, shaping communications strategies to optimize the adoption of security measures.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to internal communications surrounding cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that encourage employee participation and understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Leadership Communication Support: Support the communication needs of our leadership team and facilitate internal webinars and events.
  • Corporate Communication Coordination: Collaborate with Corporate Communications colleagues to support internal and external activities focused on cybersecurity.
  • Intranet and Communication Channels Maintenance: Manage and maintain the Cybersecurity Intranet site, ensuring content is current and engaging.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Communications, Business, Marketing, and Change Management in Healthcare and Technology.
  • Experience in a product and services operating model and project management is a plus.
  • Proven track record in strategic communications and change management.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling capabilities.

Location: Position must be based in São Paulo, São José dos Campos, Brazil, or Warsaw, Poland, with a flex schedule requirement of 3 days in the office. Required travel: 10-20 percent.
