Strategic Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, with the ability to balance business needs with consultant preferences and career goals.
This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge. The successful Talent Manager will be able to build trust with consultants, understand their strengths and development needs, and provide guidance on resources for career advancement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized development plans for each consultant
- Collaborate with Human Capital Manager on staffing and training initiatives
- Manage performance improvement processes and escalate employee relations issues when necessary
- Develop relationships with consultants to foster open communication and trust
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services environment
- Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the office. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential for success in this position.
