About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C marketing within the technology sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, develop and enhance brand positioning in the storage solutions market.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media presence, manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
  • Content Creation: Direct the development of marketing collateral including product sheets, case studies, and white papers, ensure all content effectively communicates product benefits and value propositions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, plan and manage product launch events and webinars.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage marketing team members or external agencies, provide guidance and mentorship to develop team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in marketing, preferably with an MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record in technology or IT hardware marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and analytics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Creative thinking with analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
