Strategic Product Lead

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our insurance team. As a strategic product lead, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable and compliant product experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap to drive growth and innovation.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and features.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Leadership experience of globally distributed teams, managing delivery pipelines and sprint cadences.
  • Experience with operations platforms supporting licensed agent workflows, CRM, quoting/binding, and policy servicing.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
