Job Description

We seek a talented UX professional to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for leading the UX product team through all phases of UX methodologies.

Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. To achieve this, you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering.

You will be responsible for defining domain UX strategy, communicating design decisions to stakeholders, and prioritizing work requests with product management. Additionally, you will represent the UX domain team in cross-functional communication and establish usability testing guidelines and principles.

Your expertise in human-centered designed principles, user research, usability, and accessibility will be essential in creating digital solutions that cater to the needs of our customers. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve existing products and develop new ones.

A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in UX methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing is required. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and Microsoft suite is also necessary. Solid foundation in Agile project methodology is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience working on complex design concepts with medium to large teams
  • Highly proficient in human-centered designed principles, user research, usability, and accessibility
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating all phases of UX methodologies across multiple projects
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and Microsoft suite
  • Solid foundation in Agile project methodology
